Whistleblower Software, whom has just become ISAE300 certified, has developed software for the next generation of whistleblower services. The system is easy to set up and easy to manage and the software allows you to report either anonymously, confidentially or both. Better late than never
Today, most large or listed companies have a whistleblower program. But since December 17th, 2021, all private companies with more than 250 employees have been required to have a whistleblower program. For companies in the private sector with between 50-249 employees, the deadline for establishing whistleblower schemes expires on 17th of December 2023.
